Subashi, Wildermuth, Justice & Epperley Our Staff

Kaleigh joined Subashi Wildermuth Justice & Epperley in July 2021, just before earning her Associate’s degree in Paralegal Studies from Sinclair Community College. A native of Ohio, she grew up in West Chester and has since contentedly settled in Dayton with her daughter. She works with all the SWJE attorneys and staff on a variety of legal matters, with a primary focus on supporting Nick Subashi and Tabitha Justice. Her work spans a diverse range of areas, including personal injury defense, pre-litigation discussions/investigations, and proceedings involving the probate court. 

Kaleigh is a diligent professional who prioritizes client communication. She is committed to keeping clients informed and up-to-date with detailed, accurate answers as efficiently as possible. A zealous self-starter, she strives for perfection in all she does, taking her time to make sure the job gets done correctly, the first time. 

Beyond her legal work, Kaleigh is an irreplaceable part of the office’s culture, serving as the social events coordinator, training new staff members, and aiding with technology needs. In her time away from the office, Kaleigh enjoys being outdoors with her daughter, exploring anything and everything the natural world has to offer. If she is not outdoors on the trails, she is likely finding her peace crocheting somewhere quiet. She has a grounded perspective and looks forward to continuing to build a lasting, well-rooted career with the SWJ&E team.
