With over 25 years of paralegal experience in the Miami Valley, Diana Grooms is an invaluable asset to the team at Subashi, Wildermuth, Justice & Epperley. Her extensive background includes providing litigation support to both small and large law firms, with a primary focus on insurance defense and general litigation.

Diana’s experience also includes cases involving Ohio’s Public Records Law and the privacy rights of political subdivision employees and public school students under FERPA.  She has managed complex, document-intensive employment and civil rights cases.  She also has experience handling sensitive and proprietary information within personnel files, ensuring the utmost confidentiality

Diana holds a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Wright State University and a paralegal certificate from the National Center for Paralegal Training.
